Hi Fellows

1. It appears Babhekile’s challenge has been sorted out, hope she will managed to negotiate a good deal with Mr.Mbhuti Dlamini.

2. I concur with Michael, One of our main objective in the consortium was to get young, vibrant and energetic ambitious professionals to collectively assist, develop one another and as a consortium with more emphasis on business issues. We did not want to entertain the Swazi way of doing things which includes sitting back and relax. We seem to have fewer members involved in achieving this objective hence we might find a way of taming down the non participating members before we lose our focus. A sign of commitment is not more that contributing your ideas in terms of our way forward and get moving.

3 Last reminder, anyone who wish to take the property investment at Checkers Mbabane. Let me mention that before we are overtaken by events on this transaction, we are now getting the remaining partners from outside.
